1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Refund and Return Policy applies to products and services sold directly by The Fiscal Flow through our website. It does not apply to:
- Products purchased through affiliate links (those are subject to the retailer's policies)
- Third-party products or services advertised on our site
- Free content or resources
As of March 2026, The Fiscal Flow does not sell any products or services directly. This policy is provided for future reference in case we begin offering:
- Digital products (e-books, guides, templates, courses)
- Paid memberships or subscriptions
- Coaching or consulting services
- Physical products (books, merchandise)
- Event tickets (workshops, webinars)
If and when we begin offering paid products or services, this policy will govern all purchases. We will also update the "Last updated" date and notify customers of any material changes.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (E-BOOKS, COURSES, TEMPLATES)
Digital products are downloadable or accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to their nature, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
Our Policy for Digital Products:

Important Notes on Digital Products:
- Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot prevent you from keeping it. We rely on the honor system and trust that you will request a refund only if you're genuinely unsatisfied.
- Abuse of our refund policy (repeatedly purchasing and refunding) may result in denial of future refunds.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if we believe the product has been consumed or copied.
3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
If we ever sell physical products (books, merchandise, etc.), this section will apply.
Standard Return Policy for Physical Products:
- Return window: 30 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase: Receipt or order confirmation required
- Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items:

Defective or Damaged Items:

Service Packages:
For multi-session packages:
- Refunds for unused sessions are available at the original per-session rate (not the discounted package rate).
- Example: 5-session package at $400 ($80/session) – if you use 2 sessions and want a refund for remaining 3, refund would be $240 (3 × $80).
5. MEMBERSHIP OR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
If we offer recurring subscription services (monthly membership, annual access, etc.), this section applies.

To cancel a subscription:

6. EVENT TICKETS
If we host events (webinars, workshops, conferences), this section applies.
Event Ticket Refund Policy:

Ticket Transfers:
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us with both names and email addresses at least 48 hours before the event.
7. AFFILIATE PRODUCTS
When you purchase products through affiliate links on our site, you are buying directly from third-party vendors (Amazon, bookstores, software companies, etc.).
We do not process refunds for affiliate products. All refunds, returns, and exchanges for these purchases are handled by the vendor according to their policies.
If you need a refund for a product purchased through an affiliate link:

8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund for a product or service purchased directly from The Fiscal Flow, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Gather Information
Have the following ready:
- Order number (from your receipt email)
- Date of purchase
- Email address used for purchase
- Product or service name
- Reason for refund request

10. EXCHANGES
We generally do not offer exchanges for digital products. For physical products:
- Wrong size/color: Return the item (at your cost) and place a new order
- Defective/damaged: We will replace the item at no cost to you
- Wrong item sent: We will replace the item at no cost to you and cover return shipping

11. CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellations:
- Digital products: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. After 24 hours or if accessed, the refund policy applies.
- Physical products: Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
- Services: See Section 4 for service cancellation terms.
- Subscriptions: See Section 5 for subscription cancellation.

12. SHIPPING AND DAMAGED GOODS (IF APPLICABLE)

Shipping Policy:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and consider shipping insurance for valuable items.
Damaged Goods:
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
13. CHARGEBACKS
A chargeback (disputing a charge with your credit card company or payment provider) should be a last resort. Please contact us first – most issues can be resolved directly.
Our Chargeback Policy:
- If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your access to any products or services pending resolution.
- If we win the chargeback dispute (because the charge was valid), we may charge a $25 administrative fee to cover our costs.
- Users who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.
